Dates
Dates indicated are the arrival day from 2pm (05/07/09) and departure day immediately after breakfast (12/07/09).

Applications
Applications shall be closed on March 31st 2009.
The applications received after March 31st 2009 will only be accepted according to the available places in the workshops and the possibilities of accommodation.
You shall receive a confirmation of your application. Registration shall only be deemed final upon reception of your advance payment.

Participation fees
We offer reductions to direct and indirect members of Europa Cantat and to youth choirs under conditions.
The fees include accommodation, meals and the music program (exceptions exist for the country which belong to the 1st group).
So as to avoid banking fees, checks in Euros shall only be accepted when they originate from a French banking account. For the others country from the Euro area or outside it, we shall only accept bank money transfer, fees are on charge of the participant.
The accounts have to be paid by the registration time, the balance must be paid before June 15th 2009.

Conditions of participation
The organizers will do their best to fulfill your choice of workshop.
Please understand that they may not always be in a position to meet your requirements.
In case of a short term cancellation by the participant (whatever the reason) before June 15th 2009, 50€ per participant shall be kept by the organizers. Whenever the cancellation happens after June 15th 2009, the organizers will keep the whole advance. By signing the registration it is considered that you have accepted this condition.
All participants can ask for certificates of participation.
Each choir and participant has to make sure they have their own insurance and sanitary repatriation. The participants must produce their insurance policy name and number to the organizers.
The children choirs should respect the French law governing youth groups accompaniment.

Accommodation
It is usually in schools and university of Nevers, in two or more beds rooms. Single rooms are available if asked with an additional fee of 12€ per night and per person.
 

Categories of membership
Direct members: individual members or choirs directly in touch with Europa Cantat
Indirect members: individual members or choirs who are members themselves of a choral organization (country groups 1, 2 et 3), which is herself member of Europa Cantat (ex: ACJ, FCEC, FENIARCO, etc)

Note: All fees (except for the options) are including the meals, the accommodation in rooms with two or more beds, the workshop, the open singing and the entrance to the concerts.
Option 2 = without accommodation / Option 3 = without food and accommodation

Youth Choirs reduction: we offer a 10% discount to the youth choirs (average under 27 years), when they belong to country group 1 or 2.
